There are two types of Cisco Networking solutions. The first is On-Premise, which includes AI-Powered ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) and AI-Ready NDFC (Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller). The second is Cloud Managed, with the AI-Ready Cisco Nexus Hyperfabric solution.

Cisco ACI focuses on policy-driven automation and application-centric networking, while NDFC focuses on automating fabric deployment and operations, especially for VXLAN-based networks. Customers can choose either ACI or NDFC, depending on their specific needs. Additionally, Nexus Dashboard Insight can monitor both solutions, providing centralized visibility and management across different network environments. Building on these capabilities, Cisco Nexus Hyperfabric is a new cloud-managed network fabric data-center solution delivered as a service. The vertical stack solution consists of purpose-built hardware, software, cloud management, day-2 automation, and Cisco support.
