Mastersystem Infotama (MSI) has been won as Digital Innovation Award on Cisco APJC Contact. The award ceremony took place in Bangkok on November 28th, 2018. MSI won this award because of our ability to provide Cisco Contact Center solution which can be used to customer’s mobile application. We want our customers Connected Digital Experience and help them to build loyalty and enduring relationships with their customers.
